Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Weather-related cancellations are always free of charge — safety comes first. Late cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50%.
The crew handles loading and unloading. Two pieces of luggage per passenger are included. Oversized or fragile items (surfboards, instruments, golf bags) — mention them at booking so we can prepare.
Children welcome at any age — we carry life jackets in all sizes. Pets welcome with prior notice. Newborns and infants — please contact us for any special preparation.
Yes. Both vessels are licensed for night transfers. A night surcharge applies after 22:00. Booking at least 2 hours in advance is recommended.
Safety first. If the captain considers conditions unsafe, we reschedule or refund — always free of charge. We never compromise on safety.
We accept cash (EUR), bank transfer, and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). For bookings over €500 a 30% deposit is requested.
Prices are per route and vessel — not per passenger. Send your trip details and you'll receive a written quote within 30 minutes. Partner hotels and villas receive preferred rates.
